Riffa Views Appoints Projects for construction of Villas at Parks Estate

Riffa Views announces the appointment of Projects Construction Co WLL for construction of 78 villas and townhouses. This comes as part of the workout plan agreed last February between Riffa Views and its creditors for the completion and sale of the remaining 212 units at Riffa Views development.

Riffa Views Managing Director said "we are very excited with this appointment and work progress that has been achieved since signing the Workout Plan".

Parks Estate offering includes two and three bedroom Townhouses and three to six bedroom Mediterranean style villas with plot sizes ranging from 500 – 3,500 square meters.
