Riffa Views, the real estate developer of the Riffa Views residential complex, announced that it has achieved record total sales exceeding 20 million dinars since the beginning of the year 2022. Eighty-one residential units of different types have been sold in the Park Estate of Riffa Views. On this occasion, Mr. Yasser Abdulrahman Alraee, Managing Director of Riffa Views, said, "The volume of sales achieved confirms the desire of clients to choose Riffa Views, which is one of the distinguished real estate projects in the Kingdom of Bahrain because it offers the advantages of modern housing, including the availability of vast green areas, communal gardens, and public facilities for families, in addition to the Riffa Views International School and the Royal Golf Club." Alraee pointed out that the real estate market is witnessing an increase in demand for community properties due to the advantages and privacy that these projects offer to the owners. He also highlighted that the presence of the Riffa Views Owners Association enhances confidence among the owners and increases the market value of the properties in the project, as the quality of services provided, and maintenance are maintained in the common areas. This is especially important since the association members, who represent the owners of these units, contribute to the decisions taken to maintain and develop their community. Riffa Views consists of three upscale estates: Oasis, Lagoon, and Park. The villas available for sale in the Park Estate are distinguished by their designs that reflect the architectural style of the northern Mediterranean through the external designs, color choices, and use of tiles for the roofs. Additionally, the Park Estate offers common areas interspersed with vast gardens and green corridors. Riffa Views offers a variety of options for units and villas to its clients of different areas and sizes. The five-bedroom units have a building area of 472 square meters and are located on lands ranging in size from 650 to 1,000 square meters. The owners and residents of the Riffa Views’ three estates, the Oasis, the Lagoon and the Parks, attended the “Beauty Secrets” Workshop, held under the auspices of the Riffa Views’ Owners Association, in collaboration with the Make-up Atelier Paris. Mrs. Hanadi Qassim, the owner of the Make-up Atelier Paris in Bahrain, conducted a session on face make-up arts for a number of Riffa Views’ ladies who expressed admiration for what they had learned during the event. Head of Social Activities at the Riffa Views’ Owners Association, Mrs. Reema Shehab, expressed thanks to Hanadi Qassim for the tremendous efforts she had exerted to ensure the success of the workshop. She also thanked the participants in the course. She added that the workshop was the first in a series of events to be held by the Owners’ Association in the near future. Reema Shehab also thanked the management of the Riffa Views Real Estate Company for its cooperation in holding such sessions and events that are meant, first and foremost, at delivering the best for the Riffa View’ owners and residents. The workshop is within the framework of a series of programmes that are implemented by the Owners Association in collaboration with the Riffa Views’ management for the aim of achieving positive social communication with all owners and residents at the Riffa Views’ compound. Covering cultural, health, sport and recreational fields, such diversified events and programmes are very popular, and enjoy the support of all parties.

The Riffa Views’ Management has opened a new park at the Lagoon Estate, one of the Riffa Views’ three estates, in line with its keenness to preserve the environment and increase green areas. The management held a special ceremony marking the occasion, in the presence of a great number of the Riffa Views’ residents and their friends. The opening ceremony featured a tree-planting programme. Children from the Riffa Views planted trees carrying their names, which is a step through which the management wanted to encourage youngsters to love agriculture and planting. It is also aimed at promoting the preservation of green environment which has always been a distinctive feature of the Riffa Views’ estates, where green areas constitute about 60% of the total area of the compound. On the occasion, the Riffa Views’ Managing-Director Yasser Al-Raee lauded the constant keenness of owners and residents to support the efforts exerted by the Riffa Views’ management to preserve the environment and promote the tree-planting culture, pledging that the Riffa Views company will continue its environment plans through holding a number of events and launching programmes that promote community partnership among all parties. On his part, the General Manager of the Riffa Views’ Owners Association, Mr. Ali Zubari, said that the owners were extremely delighted with their new park which, he said, would be value-added to the Riffa Views residential complex, in general, and the Lagoon Estate, in particular. He also lauded the Riffa Views’ management’s unwavering interest in preserving the inherent value of farming, which is among the deep-rooted Arab values which are required by the Islamic Religion. Zubari also asserted that the new park was one in a series of a host of development programmes that would be implemented across the Riffa Views’ green areas. He explained that many programmes had already been approved and would be implemented in the coming period, with the participation of the Riffa Views’ residents and their children, who would plant trees carrying their names in public gardens, affirming that such events are supported and encouraged by all the residents and owners of the Riffa Views compound. Through holding such environment-related events, the Riffa Views’ Management aims to encourage children to maintain the green environment and take responsibility in developing the Riffa Views’ community, in particular, and the Bahraini society, in general.

The Riffa Views’ management has held, in cooperation with the Royal Bahrain Hospital, a health programme for the residents of the Riffa Views’ three estates, the Oasis, Lagoon and Parks. The event featured free medical checkups for chronic diseases, such as diabetes and blood pressure, along with weight and height measurement and body mass index tests. On the occasion, the General Manager of the Riffa Views’ Owners Association, Ali Zubari, expressed delight in the programme, and commended the efforts exerted by the medical staff of the Royal Bahrain Hospital. He stressed that the Riffa Views’ Management and Owners Association are keen on providing all services and privileges that appeal to all members of the Riffa Views’ community. The Royal Bahrain Hospital gave a host of special offers for the Riffa Views’ residents, including free dental check-ups at its premises in Riffa, alongside reduction coupons for treatment and check-ups of a number of diseases, and the “Golden Royal” coupons for blood tests at a nominal amount. The health programme also included a training scientific lecture on the basics of support in emergency cases, delivered by a specialised nurse from the Royal Bahrain Hospital in collaboration with some volunteers and assistant nurses for 90 minutes. The lecturer focused on ways to preserve the human heart, highlighting the correct meaning of “rest” for the human being and the amount of time needed for the human body so that oxygen can reach the brain. She also spoke about the procedures the cardiopulmonary resuscitation or CPR technique in cases of fainting, accidents and suffocation. Oasis Estate resident, Ghada Ghazaq, said that she did not use to have any information about first aid before, stressing that the lecture enriched her knowledge about how to deal with such cases. She also lauded the diverse social events held by the Riffa Views’ management. For his part, Hisham Ghassan called for the need to deliver specialised health sessions in first-aid for all Riffa Views’ residents. He affirmed that everyone should know such crucial health information, noting that they come across many cases of fainting and extreme fatigue among passers-by and friends but they ignore the adequate way to deal with them.

As part of its policy of cooperating with various real estate developers and companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain, on 5 April 2016 Riffa Views Management hosted a delegation from the Bahrain Property Development Association (BaPDA). The delegation comprised BaPDA Chairman, Mr. Aaref Hejres, and several members, including owners of real estate companies, real estate developers or their representatives. The delegation were welcomed by Riffa Views Managing Director, Yasser Alraee, General Manager of the Riffa Views Owners’ Association, Ali Zubari, and officials of Riffa Views management team. Yasser Alraee briefed the delegation on the Riffa Views’ three estates (the Oasis, the Lagoons and the Parks) and highlighted the implementation stages of the project, including the final phase in which the remaining villas of the Parks Estate are being completed and sold. The Riffa Views’ experience in establishing the Owners’ Association and the owners’ participation in the daily management of their community since 2012 through the elected Board of Directors was also reviewed. The delegation toured the Riffa Views development which included a visit to a recently completed villa and were given details of the project’s facilities, design and construction. The Riffa Views Management then hosted the visiting delegation at the Royal Golf Club’s Repartee Lounge. On his part, BaPDA Chairman, Mr. Aaref Hejres, said that “Riffa Views is among the most distinguished real estate projects in the kingdom,” lauding the design and the implementation of the previous phases of the project. “The Riffa Views project is the first project of its kind in Bahrain regarding green spaces and wonderful views on golf courses, as well as its strategic location in the heart of the Kingdom,” he added, affirming the real estate sector is proud of such outstanding projects. BaPDA Chairman went on to say that the real estate market in the kingdom is among the best in the region, and is progressing steadily and attracting new investors. He added that the Bahraini property market has all the credentials to succeed and retains the confidence of investors. Riffa Views Managing Director asserted that the “Riffa Views is keen to interacting with various real estate developers and companies in the kingdom”. He lauded the significant contributions of BaPDA to efforts to develop the real estate sector in the kingdom. Members of the BaPDA delegation praised the Riffa Views’ successful experience in establishing the Owners’ Association to be in charge of the management of the affairs of the residential development. They also affirmed the prestigious reputation of the Riffa Views community, wishing its officials every success in completing its final stage. The Bahrain Property Development Association promotes the real estate sector in the Kingdom and assists real estate operators to adopt the best business practices. It also liaises with the governmental entities to formulate policies relating to the real estate industry, and submit recommendations to authorities on ways to meet the needs of the private sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The security team which regulates traffic and car parking during Friday prayers at Riffa Views Masjid were honoured at a ceremony after Friday payers on 18 March 2016. Shaikh Salman Al-Mishaal, Imam of Riffa Views Masjid, thanked the security team and urged worshippers to continue to cooperate with the security team while attending Friday prayers and emphasized that being a good Muslim includes following rules and making sure that we do not inconvenience others when attending prayers. Yasser Abdulrahman Al Raee, the Managing Director of Riffa Views, thanked Shaikh Salman for his initiative to hounour the security team and also thanked and acknowledged the security team’s continued efforts to ensure the comfort of all Riffa Views residents and visitors.

Riffa Views Managing Director Mr. Yasser Abdulrahman Al-Raee has received a delegation from the Ajman Real-Estate Regulatory Authority (ARRA), led by its Executive Director Mr. Yafea bin Eid Faraj, in the presence of a number of officials. The ARRA delegation’s visit aimed to be informed about the experience of Riffa Views as a successful model in reaching a consensual action plan to complete the project. Al-Raee welcomed the members of the visiting delegation and wished them a happy stay in their second country, the Kingdom of Bahrain. He then highlighted the implementation stages of the project, including the first phase which started 2006, and the last regarding the completion of the Parks Estate. He reviewed with them the Riffa Views’ experience in establishing an elected Homeowners’ Association. He said that the residents had elected their representatives in the panel directly in two elections, held in 2012 and 2014, noting that members of the association are in charge of all services and facilities in the complex, which, he said, is the first experience of its kind in similar projects in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Highlighting the stages of the establishment of the elected Owners’ Association, Al-Raee said that since the first batch of villas was delivered to owners in 2008, and until 2012, the project developer used to bear the expenses of management and provision of services, and fees on those services used to be collected directly from owners. In 2010, the project developer established an advisory board comprising villa owners, as a means to gradually introduce and activate the idea of the Owners’ Association. The ARRA delegation expressed admiration for the advanced level of the complex, and praised the action plan that had been reached to complete such a vital project. The Riffa Views Managing Director expressed sincere thanks and appreciation to the Deputy Premier and Chairman of the Ministerial Committee for Urbanisation and Infrastructure HH Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa for his cooperation during the company’s negotiations with creditors and his efforts that helped reach a final agreement that satisfied all parties in order to complete the project. He also praised Shaikh Khalid’s support to the project in order to set an example in ways to address stalling real estate development projects. Al-Raee expressed utmost thanks to the visiting delegation, affirming the importance of exchanging visits between real estate projects across the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council to share successful experiences. A number of the Riffa Views Parks Estate’s residents, including children and families, participated, last Saturday, in an environmental event held by the Riffa Views Management there, in the presence of several officials. The participants planted trees carrying their names. Commenting on the event, the Director-General of the Riffa Views, Ali Zubari, said that “Children and their families were extremely happy while planting trees. Riffa Views is constantly keen on making its residential complex the best of its preserving the environment and enhancing green development in the Kingdom of Bahrain.” “Children’s participation in the event of developing gardens and public facilities will have a positive impact on urging residents to take care of them, and building a special relation between youngsters and gardens through putting their names on the tree they had planted one day,” he added. Zubari affirmed that the event was the first in a series of development initiatives to be launched in green spaces in Riffa Views, noting that many programmes have been approved and will be implemented in the coming periods. He explained that the Riffa Views residents and their children would plant trees that would bear their names in public gardens, pointing out that such events are widely-appreciated by residents across the complex. Through holding such environmental events, the management of the Riffa Views residential complex seeks to encourage children to preserve the green environment, and raise awareness on the need to advance the community of Riffa Views, in particular, and the Bahraini society, in general. The Riffa Views real estate company is the administrative and technical arm of the Homeowners Association of the complex. The association is overseen by the elected board. The company is responsible for the management of public areas and facilities in the Riffa Views residential complex. It also collects fees from the owners on the services it delivers to the residents. All the financial operations are subjected to external auditing. In addition, all the owners of Riffa Views are constantly updated on the financial results and the financial situation of the company.
