Riffa Views Signature Estates invites the public to celebrate the official release of The Park Estate, with an action-packed three-day picnic event to be held on the 18, 19 and 20th of October from 11am to 8pm at Riffa Views. The event marks an important milestone for Riffa Views, and one which they wish to share with the public in the shape of an exciting line up of activities for all the family.
The outdoor area in front of the show villas will come alive with exciting activities as visitors are enthralled by a combination of entertainment for adults and children alike. The Riffa Views’ marquee will allow visitors the opportunity to discover the Mediterranean magnificence of the Park Estate and all the other elements the project comprises. The exhibition will showcase in unison all the luxury elements of Riffa Views including the Riffa Views International School, the Riffa Views Project Construction, the Riffa Views Community, the Riffa Golf and Leisure shop, the Riffa Views Signature Golf Course, the Riffa Views Communications Pod, the Riffa Views accredited mortgage finance, and the Riffa Views TV Studio.
The Park Estate model will be on display in the marquee showing the estate in master-planned detail. Moreover, for each and every property purchase during the event, upon handover of the exclusive property Riffa Views will park a brand new electric family golf cart in the villa’s car park. Visitors can also experience the Riffa Views TV at an on-site studio and have the opportunity to win a Riffa Views’ nano video iPod on which they can watch the development’s progress as part of the development’s own TV series.
Richard Browning, CEO of Riffa Views, said: “We want to share the success of Riffa Views with the public and this three-day event will offer something for everyone to enjoy. It will allow us to showcase not only the Park Estate for the first time to the general public, but also all the elements of our project which will provide a luxurious lifestyle for residents. Visitors can enjoy the Hummer on-site tours to see the construction progress in all three Signature Estates, mini-golf, displays of falconry, Arabic music, pony and camel rides, henna and face painting. “On the Front Cover” will offer visitors a fun opportunity to see their portrait on a mock up newspaper front cover alongside Boris Becker, Riffa Views’ ambassador.
Visitors can take time out to relax in the picnic area with a family picnic basket and a selection of complimentary food and refreshments including shawarma, Arabic coffee and soft drinks. Everyone at Riffa Views is looking forward to seeing the public and making sure that everyone have a fantastic time over the three days.
Riffa Views hosts exclusive evening for Homeowners

Riffa Views Signature Estates’ welcomed their home-owners to a private function held last evening. Richard Browning, Riffa Views’ CEO, and Hugh O’Shea, Sales & Marketing Director, provided exclusive information of the Park Estate, which is set to be launched later this year to the general public. Mr. Browning also revealed The Park Estate will incorporate luxurious 3 bedroom villas in order to fulfil customer demand.
Mr. Browning commented: “We hosted this special event for our homeowners to give them a private viewing of the Mediterranean magnificence of the Park Estate. We shall continue to hold such events for our homeowners to ensure they are updated on the progress of the development as a whole, and in order for them to experience the Riffa Views’ lifestyle before they move into their new home.”
