Riffa Views Celebrates with Residents the Ramadan Spirit

The management and staff of Riffa Views celebrated with the Residents the Ramadan spirit by hosting a Residents’ Ghabga. At the gathering, the residents had the opportunity to meet their neighbors and enjoy the entertainment specially organized for them which included henna and falconer for kids, Arabic buffet, an Arabic tea and coffee area, games and prizes.
As the main villa handover phase has commenced, Riffa Views will soon accomplish an important milestone of villas handed over to owners. This means that progressively more and more members of the community will be residing in Riffa Views as the project is positively progressing.
At the gathering, Alfredo Laffitte, CEO of Riffa Views commented: “We want to share with our residents the essence of Ramadan by remembering the traditions of the community and the country that Riffa Views has become part of. We also want to reiterate to all our homeowners, that we continue to working diligently with the aim of ensuring that key elements of the project, including the villas and the world-class facilities, get completed efficiently, but without compromising the quality that was set at the outset of this exceptional project.”
احتفلت إدارة وموظفين الرفاع ڤيوز مع سكان المشروع بروح شهر رمضان المبارك من خلال استضافة المقيمين إلى غبقتها الرمضانية. و حصل السكان على فرصة التعرف و لقاء في جيرانهم بالإضافة إلى الاستمتاع بجو ترفيهي حيث تم تنظيمه خصيصا لهم و شملت أيضا الحناء والصقار للأطفال ، و بوفيه عربي ، و القسم الشعبي الذي يحوي الشاي و القهوة ، والألعاب و الجوائز.
إن مرحلة تسليم المنازل قد بدأت ، وسوف تنجز الرفاع فيوز قريبا معلما هاما من مراحل تسليم الفلل للمالكين. وهذا يعني أن المزيد والمزيد من أعضاء المجتمع سوف يقيمون في الرفاع ڤيوز تدريجيا ، حيث أن المشروع يسير على خطى إيجابية.

Riffa Views hosts exclusive evening for Homeowners

Riffa Views Signature Estates’ welcomed their home-owners to a private function held last evening. Richard Browning, Riffa Views’ CEO, and Hugh O’Shea, Sales & Marketing Director, provided exclusive information of the Park Estate, which is set to be launched later this year to the general public. Mr. Browning also revealed The Park Estate will incorporate luxurious 3 bedroom villas in order to fulfil customer demand.
Mr. Browning commented: “We hosted this special event for our homeowners to give them a private viewing of the Mediterranean magnificence of the Park Estate. We shall continue to hold such events for our homeowners to ensure they are updated on the progress of the development as a whole, and in order for them to experience the Riffa Views’ lifestyle before they move into their new home.”
