Riffa Views Grand Prix Series: A Success!

159 runners participated at the ‘Riffa Views Grand Prix Series’ that took place over the course of three consecutive Fridays in November 11th, 18th and 25th.
The overall winners of the ‘Riffa Views Grand Prix Series’ ran all three races, with their cumulative times being added to come up with a final timing:
Men’s overall winners:
- 1st Yousif Nassir (1h33min52sec)
- 2nd Abdellatif Aithsine (1h36min11sec)
- 3rd Eddahbi Nassir (1h36min57sec)
Ladies’ overall winners:
- 1st Glennis Driscoll (2h10min17sec)
- 2nd Zoe Stone (2h24min33sec)
- 3rd Karen Ann Browne (2h28min24sec)
Tariq Algosaibi, member of the Bahrain Road Runners (BRR) organizing committee commented, “As an organizing committee, we deal with a number of sponsors throughout the year to help us organize our events. Riffa Views has proven to us that sponsors are also partners in the organization of an event and can add much more value than financial aid only. نجاح سباق جائزة الرفاع ڤيوز الكبرى!
بشارك 159 عداء في” سلسلة سباق جائزة الرفاع ڤيوز الكبرى” و التي جرت على مدار ثلاثة أيام جمعة على التوالي في 11، 18، و 25 من شهر نوفمبر 2011.
و قد جرى الفائزين لهذا العام في جميع السباقات الثلاثة من سلسلة جائزة الرفاع ڤيوز الكبرى حيث تم إضافة أوقاتهم التراكمية للتوصل إلى توقيت نهائي.
أسماء الفائزين من الرجال:
- الأول: يوسف ناصر – في ساعة و 33 دقيقة و 52 ثانية.
الثاني: عبداللطيف ايثسين – في ساعة و 36 دقيقة و ثانية واحدة
الثالث: آدابي ناصر – في ساعة و 36 دقيقة و 57 ثانية
أما الفائزات فهن:
- الأولى: غلينيس دريسكول – في ساعتين و 10 دقائق و 17 ثانية
الثانية: زوي ستون – في ساعتين و 24 دقيقة و 33 ثانية
الثالثة: كارين براون – في ساعتين و 28 دقيقة و 24 ثانية.
و علق طارق القصيبي،عضو في اللجنة المنظمة في منظمة عدائي البحرين قائلا :” كعضو في اللجنة المنظمة نتعامل مع عدد من الرعاة الرسميين على مدار السنة لمساعدتنا على تنظيم فعالياتنا. ولكن اثبتت لنا الرفاع ڤيوز أنهم كرعاة رسميين مهتمون بالمشاركة في تنظيم هذا الحدث ، هذا مما يضيف قيمة أكبر بكثير من المساعدات المالية فقط. و نحن سعداء جدا من الدعم المستمر الذي تلقيناه من فريق الرفاع ڤيوز، ونتطلع إلى العمل معهم مرة أخرى في العام المقبل “.

Riffa Views recognized as ‘Best Golf Residential Development’ in Middle East and Africa

Riffa Views has been recognized as ‘Best Golf Residential Development’ at this year’s Arabian Property Awards. In association with Google and Bloomberg Television, the 2011 Arabian Property Awards ceremony, which was held earlier this month, was attended by over 200 of the regions leading real estate developments and agents.
In addition to being selected as Best Golf Residential Development, Riffa Views were also presented with ‘Highly Commended’ Awards for ‘Best Marketing Campaign: Harmony Villas’ and ‘Best Developer Website’.
Commenting on the development’s success, Yasser Abdulrahman Al-Raee, Riffa Views’ Managing Director said, “We were extremely proud to represent Bahrain at the Arabian Property Awards and are honoured to have Riffa Views be regionally recognized. I would like to extend my appreciation to our stakeholders and homeowners for their ongoing support, which – along with the hard work and dedication of our contractors, consultants and partners – has led to this accolade amidst the challenges faced over the last few years. الرفاع ڤيوز “كأفضل مشروع سكني للجولف” في الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا
تم الاعتراف بالرفاع ڤيوز “كأفضل مشروع تطوير سكني للغولف” خلال حفل توزيع جوائز هذا العام للعقارات العربية و الأفريقية بالتعاون مع جوجل وتلفزيون بلومبرغ. جمع حفل توزيع الجوائز لهذا لعام 2011 و الذي عقد في وقت سابق من هذا الشهر جميع المناطق أكثر من 200 من الشركات و المشاريع و الوكلاء العقاريين.
بالإضافة إلى اختيارها كأفضل مشروع تطوير سكني للغولف ، فقد فازت الرفاع ڤيوز بالإشادة في أفضل حملة تسويق و أفضل موقع الكتروني لمشروع عقاري.

Bahrain Road Runners Organize Successful Race at Riffa Views

The Bahrain Road Runners (BRR) successfully organized a 5km race as part of the 3-race series to be held this month under the ‘Riffa Views Grand Prix Series’. The race was hosted at Riffa Views, Bahrain’s premium golf residential development, and saw the attendance of 115 participants in the range of 13 to over 65 years of age.
Race winner Abellatif Aithsine ran across the finish line with a time of 15 minutes 20 seconds, just milliseconds ahead of his compatriot Youssif Nasser. There was an intense fight for the 3rd place between Eddhabi Nassir and Maali Taawer, with Maali inching a second ahead of Nassir in the last 100 meters with a finish time of 16 minutes 4 seconds. The remaining participants came on strong with fast times recorded by all.
The 5km race is the first of 3 races organized by the BRR, under the sponsorship of Riffa Views. Next Friday, 18th of November, the 10km race will start at 7:30am, with the 15 km race to be held on Friday 25th of November at 7:00am.
Registration for the 10km and 15km races is now open at the BRR’s website (www.bahrainroadrunners.com) and will close on the Wednesdays previous to each race at 6.00 pm. Registrations will not be allowed on the day of the race.
