Riffa Views recognized as ‘Best Golf Residential Development’ in Middle East and Africa

Riffa Views has been recognized as ‘Best Golf Residential Development’ at this year’s Arabian Property Awards. In association with Google and Bloomberg Television, the 2011 Arabian Property Awards ceremony, which was held earlier this month, was attended by over 200 of the regions leading real estate developments and agents.
In addition to being selected as Best Golf Residential Development, Riffa Views were also presented with ‘Highly Commended’ Awards for ‘Best Marketing Campaign: Harmony Villas’ and ‘Best Developer Website’.
Commenting on the development’s success, Yasser Abdulrahman Al-Raee, Riffa Views’ Managing Director said, “We were extremely proud to represent Bahrain at the Arabian Property Awards and are honoured to have Riffa Views be regionally recognized. I would like to extend my appreciation to our stakeholders and homeowners for their ongoing support, which – along with the hard work and dedication of our contractors, consultants and partners – has led to this accolade amidst the challenges faced over the last few years. They have all truly embraced our vision for this community and have been integral in making it the world class proposition that it is today.”
President of the International Property Awards, Stuart Shield, said, ““Our seventh Arabian Property Awards was one of the biggest highlights in the 18-year history of the International Property Awards. We decided to amalgamate the awards with the Africa Property Awards, which resolved the conundrum of how best to cover these two important and extensive regions. Having analyzed the winning entries and projects, it also indicates renewed confidence in both African and Mid-Eastern property markets.”
These awards, combined with the other regional awards’ programmes for Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia Pacific, form the globally renowned International Property Awards.
الرفاع ڤيوز “كأفضل مشروع سكني للجولف” في الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا
تم الاعتراف بالرفاع ڤيوز “كأفضل مشروع تطوير سكني للغولف” خلال حفل توزيع جوائز هذا العام للعقارات العربية و الأفريقية بالتعاون مع جوجل وتلفزيون بلومبرغ. جمع حفل توزيع الجوائز لهذا لعام 2011 و الذي عقد في وقت سابق من هذا الشهر جميع المناطق أكثر من 200 من الشركات و المشاريع و الوكلاء العقاريين.
بالإضافة إلى اختيارها كأفضل مشروع تطوير سكني للغولف ، فقد فازت الرفاع ڤيوز بالإشادة في أفضل حملة تسويق و أفضل موقع الكتروني لمشروع عقاري.
وتعليقا على هذا الفوز ،قال السيد ياسر الراعي المدير التنفيذي للرفاع ڤيوز:”نحن فخورين للغاية لتمثيل البحرين في حفل توزيع جوائز العقارات العربية و الإفريقية لعام 2011 ويشرفنا أن يتم الاعتراف بالرفاع ڤيوز إقليميا. وأود أن أعرب عن تقديري لمساهمينا وأصحاب المنازل على دعمهم المستمر ، إلى جانب العمل الجاد والتفاني من مستشارينا العقاريين ، والمقاولين والشركاء – حيث أدى إلى هذا التكريم في خضم التحديات التي واجهناها على مدى السنوات القليلة الماضية. و لقد ساهم الجميع في تحقيق رؤيتنا في إكمال هذا المشروع الذي بجعله في هذه المكانة التي هي عليها اليوم.

و تعتبر هذه الجائزة جنبا إلى جنب مع الجوائز الإقليمية المتبقية في أوروبا و الأمريكتين و أفريقيا و آسيا و المحيط الهادئ نموذجا عالميا – كغيرها من الجوائز الإقليمية لأوروبا والأمريكتين وأفريقيا وآسيا والمحيط الهادئ – من النماذج الشهيرة عالميا لجوائز العقارات الدولية.
