Riffa Views Celebrates the Kingdom of Bahrain

Riffa Views hosted a staff gathering to celebrate the Kingdom of Bahrain and to express loyalty and support to the country’s leaders H.R.H King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa; the Prime Minister, Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, and Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander H.R.H Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
Riffa Views’ Managing Director, Yasser Abdulrahman Al-Raee, along with representatives of the development’s main contractor, TERNA, and the Engineer, MSCEB, attended the special celebration. To commemorate the occasion the Riffa Views’ office was decorated with flags and a cake displaying Bahrain’s flag was presented.

اجتمع موظفي الرفاع ڨيوز اليوم من اجل الاحتفال بمملكة البحرين وتعبيراََ عن ولاءهم ودعمهم لقادة البلاد صاحب السمو الملكي الملك حمد بن عيسى آل خليفة ، ورئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير خليفة بن سلمان آل خليفة ، و ولي العهد نائب القائد الأعلى صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سلمان بن حمد آل خليفة.
و حضر الاحتفال المدير التنفيذي للمشروع السيد ياسر عبد الرحمن الراعي ، الى جانب بعض من ممثلي المقاولين الرئيسيين للمشروع ، منها شركة تيرنا ، المقاول الرئيسي ، و شركة محمد صلاح الدين الهندسية.
و زينت بهذه المناسبة مكاتب الرفاع ڨيوز بالأعلام و تم عرض كعكة بشكل علم البحرين حيث تم توزيعها على الزوار.
Riffa Views achieves milestone of 450 villas handed over

Riffa Views, Bahrain’s premium golf residential development, today reached a new development milestone with the handover of its 450th villa to homeowner Abdulla Adel Fakhro.
To date, over 600 luxury villas have been completed and handed over to Riffa Views from the contractors, representing 57 percent of the total number of villas within the community.
Commenting on the handover of his new home, Mr. Fakhro said, “I am very excited to be joining the community. The development offers a variety of lifestyle elements which are not often found in Bahrain. It caters for the whole family, from adults to children, with facilities such as the Royal Golf Club, the Country Club and a world-class international school and outdoor spaces where children can run and play. The quality and finishes in the villa have also exceeded my expectations and I’m very happy to receive the keys to my new home.”
Speaking on the achievement of the project’s latest milestone, Yasser Abdulrahman Al-Raee, Managing Director of Riffa Views, said,” I am pleased to welcome our 450th homeowner to the community. Work within Riffa Views continues to progress, with the construction of the remaining Lagoons villas underway and the recent completion of our first community garden – Oasis Garden.”
“We are experiencing an increase in the development with the number of tenants that have recently moved into Riffa Views, the community has now over 250 families residing in it. This is further proof that Riffa Views remains an attractive option for both the local and expatriate communities.”
Mr. Al-Raee’s comments are supported by a recent report by global real estate services company CB Richard Ellis, which highlights Riffa Views as a much sought after development. New all inclusive gated communities with shops, schools, health clubs and public outdoor areas are proving to be a popular lifestyle choice in Bahrain.
Bahrain’s only golf residential community, Riffa Views, comprises three unique residential estates; Oasis, Lagoons and Parks, and offers residents an attractive lifestyle in a flourishing suburban area. و علق السيد ياسر الراعي المدير التنفيذي للرفاع ڤيوز متحدثا على آخر تطورات المشروع قائلاََ: “يسرني أن أرحب بالمالك رقم 450 في المشروع. العمل الآن متواصل في الرفاع ڤيوز، حيث يتم بناء الفلل المتبقية في منطقة البحيرات و كذلك تم الانتهاء مؤخرا من أول حديقة في منطقة الواحات ”

Riffa Views celebrates the completion of its first community garden

Riffa Views hosts community tree planting event
To mark the completion of its first community garden, Riffa Views invited residents and their families to celebrate with a tree planting event. Adults and children gathered at the Oasis Garden, located in the Oasis Estate, for an afternoon of fun activities including games and entertainment for kids.
Mrs. Anne Pajouyan, resident of Riffa Views, said, “Along with events such as today’s, another reason why we chose to live in Riffa Views is because of the lifestyle offered by this community which encourages children to play outside. Kids can ride their bikes, play football, tennis and even golf -activities which are not as readily available elsewhere in Bahrain. Today’s event made for a fun day out for the whole family, especially the kids who enjoyed the tree planting activity. It was great to participate in an activity which helps to educate our children and promotes a greener environment.”
Whilst focusing efforts on the completion and handover of the remaining villas in Lagoons Estate, Riffa Views continues to progress the development’s lifestyle elements, including the street landscaping and work is scheduled to commence in additional community gardens within the following months.

وعلقت السيدة آن باجويان احد سكان الرفاع ڨيوز: “إلى جانب هذه الفعاليات التي تقام هنا ، فقد كان هذا سبباََ آخر لاختيارنا بالسكن في الرفاع ڨيوز و هو نمط الحياة التي يتيحها هذا المجتمع الذي يشجع الأطفال على العب في الخارج. و يمكن للأطفال ركوب الدراجات ولعب الكرة والتنس وحتى الجولف و غيرها من الأنشطة التي لا تتوفر بسهولة في مكان آخر في البحرين. ان احتفال اليوم قدم الكثير من الفرح و المتعة لجميع أفراد الأسرة ، وخصوصا الأطفال الذين استمتعوا بغرس الأشجار. وكان من الجميل أن نشارك في نشاط مثل هذا حيث يساعد على تعليم أبنائنا ويعزز بيئة أكثر اخضرارا “.
و في حين تتركز الجهود على استكمال وتسليم الفلل المتبقية في منطقة البحيرات ، تواصل الرفاع ڨيوز التقدم في خلق نمط متميز للحياة في المجتمع ، بما في ذلك المناظر الطبيعية و الشوارع ومن المقرر أن يتم البدء في حدائق إضافية لسكان المجتمع في غضون الأشهر التالية.
