Riffa Views presents Performance Award to top contractor

Riffa Views presented Projects Construction Co. with the “Contractor Overall Performance Award” in recognition for providing high standards of work and for a clear focus on achieving Riffa Views’ requirements for the construction of the Villas in the North and Central areas of the Park Estate.
Steve Russell-Rayner, Riffa Views Project Director, commented:” Despite the difficult times experienced over the last months, Projects Construction Co. has been progressing extremely well with the construction of over two hundred and fifty Villas at Riffa Views. Their commitment to fulfilling their obligations is clearly visible and for this reason we are pleased to present them with the ‘Contractor Overall Performance Award’. We are positive that they will continue to lead by example, setting the bar for the other contractors on-site.”

Richard Browning, Riffa Views CEO stated:” The project continues with full force to achieve its target completion and Projects Construction have done a great job. They have taken on the project even with the lack of materials available in the market. We are hosting the Contractor Overall Performance Award to showcase the current climate of the development and to reiterate our commitment to deliver both the Villas we contracted and the lifestyle we promised.”
Stan Bontoft, Projects Construction Managing Director was presented with the award by Mr. Russell-Rayner. Mr. Bontoft declared: “There is no denying in the fact that we have faced a difficult time regarding the shortage in building materials; however, being awarded professionally for all of our hard work gives us immense pleasure.”
The Contractor Overall Performance Award is presented quarterly and is based on a positive evaluation of the performance, consistency in providing high level of professionalism and a strong drive to meet the development’s deadlines.
قامت الرفاع ڤيوز بتقديم جائزة الأداء الكلي لشركة بروجكتس للبناء و ذلك تقديرا لتوفيرهم المستويات العالية في العمل ، والتركيز الواضح لتحقيق متطلبات الرفاع ڤيوز لبناء الفلل في المناطق الشمالية و الوسطى في ضيعة الحديقة.
و علق ستيف راسل راينر ، مدير المشروع في الرفاع ڤيوز: “على الرغم من الأوقات الصعبة التي شهدت خلال الشهور الماضية ، فان شركة بروجكتس للمقاولات قد تقدمت بشكل جيد للغاية مع بناء أكثر من مائتي وخمسين منزل في الرفاع ڤيوز. إن الوفاء بالتزاماتها واضح تماما ولهذا السبب يسرنا منحهم لقب ‘جائزة الأداء الكلي’. و نحن على يقين من أنها ستكون قدوة متواصلة، و ذلك بوضع إشارة لغيرهم من المقاولين في مناطق الإنشاء “.
ريتشارد براوننج ، الرئيس التنفيذي للرفاع ڤيوز علق قائلا : “لا يزال هذا المشروع يسير بكل قوة لتحقيق الهدف وإنجاز البناء و حتى الآن فانه يشكل عملا جبارا. بالإضافة إلى المواقف التي اتخذتها على هذا المشروع حتى مع عدم وجود المواد المتوفرة في السوق. ونحن سنواصل باستضافة جائزة الأداء الكلي للمقاولين و ذلك لعرض التطور في المشروع ، ونؤكد مجددا التزامنا بتقديم كل الفلل و أسلوب الحياة الذين وعدنا بهم”.
و تم تقديم الجائزة للسيد ستان بونتفوت ، المدير الإداري لشركة بروجكتس للبناء من قبل السيد ستيف راسل راينر. وأعلن السيد بونتفوت : ” في الحقيقة ليس هناك من ينكر أننا قد واجهنا وقتا عصيبا عمن خلال النقص في مواد البناء ، ومع ذلك ، الحصول على الجائزة قد منح المتعة التامة لجميع شركائنا في العمل. ”
تطرح جائزة الأداء الكلي للمقاولين كل ثلاثة أشهر وتعتمد على التقييم الإيجابي للأداء والنجاح في توفير مستوى عال من الكفاءة المهنية والعمل الكثيف لتلبية المواعيد النهائية المحددة في المشروع.
