Riffa Views Presented a Poem

Riffa Views received poet Mohammed Hassan Baqer Radhi, a well known poet as he presented his poem about Riffa Views that was reproduced into a painting by a fellow Bahraini artist – Hussain Fateel.

Mr. Radhi commented,’ Riffa Views was transformed from a deserted place into a beautiful neighborhood in which everyone would love to call it home. It came from a place that no one wanted to see into an area that everyone wishes to be. Riffa Views colored the nature and matched the creativity and beauty together to present to Bahrain – Riffa Views. And I wish the very best for the project.”

Mr. Radhi started his love for literature and poetry during the 1970’s, his father initiated this from the library he kept at their home that was filled with only literature books. His love for poetry and literature grew as he reached secondary year at school and had to choose between literature and science.

He wrote a range of poems – historical, religious but especially patriotic ones. He loves to write poems that praises and commends H.E. Shaikh Hamad bin Essa Al Khalifa, the Ruler of Bahrain. He has 3 published poetry books: Adab Al Tawssol, Khaleej Al Khair and Doa Al Abjadeyat.

His interest towards Riffa Views grew when his niece started praising the project and came in for a sales presentation in which he learned a lot about the direction in which the project was going. The summary of the poem is: Riffa Views used a magical wand to transform the deserted land into a beautiful place to live in.

The painting in which was presented to us will be placed proudly in our new premises alongside the painting presented by the winning school Umm Salama of the Eden Challenge 2007/2008.”

Riffa Views TV – Episode 11: Creating a World Class Educational Environment

An educational environment is a lot more than simply pretty buildings, although those certainly help in setting the mood and creating the necessary spaces to encourage learning, such an environment needs to attract and keep world-class teachers and staff who use their creativity in making the learning experience fun, challenging and exciting so that children would want to learn and would want to go to school.

This short film is an exploration of such an environment: Riffa Views International School, headed by its director Bruce McWilliams, have managed to attract the right mix of people from all over the world with a wide experience base who will be entrusted with translating the vision into reality.

Riffa Views Congratulates Ali Mushaima

Riffa Views congratulated intrepid traveler Ali Mushaima in reaching his final destination in Britain before the scheduled time and presented him with the Riffa Views Sculpture.

Ali Mushaima decided it was time to pursue another intense road trip from Bahrain to Britain via 12 countries; his plan was to cover 15,000 kms in 60 days. Friendship Arabia was to promote Bahrain’s history, banking sector, Formula 1, culture and rich heritage whilst making new friends on the way. Traveling by car was a direct method of showcasing what Bahrain has to offer as his heavily branded vehicle raised interest wherever he went.

Mr. Mushaima stated,’ we previously had a similar trip back in 2004 but what made this trip unique was the overwhelming support we received from the Government and private sector. Riffa Views went the extra mile by meeting us in Turkey and gave us the motivation to do something special for Bahrain. Riffa Views has a unique vision in the way it supports Bahrain organizations and stayed in touch with us throughout the trip. It is good to find a sponsor who gives more than just money ’.

Richard Browning, CEO of Riffa Views presented Ali Mushaima with one of the limited edition Riffa View’s sculptures as a congratulatory award in appreciation of the positive message he conveyed about Bahrain through all the countries he visited and all the new friends he met through his experience.
