March 6, 2008
Following the success of the Riffa Views Eden Challenge competition, Richard Browning, CEO of Riffa Views, together with Al Iman Girls School’s principal, and the pupils that participated in the Challenge, planted a tree in the school’s grounds. Mr. Browning was present at the ceremony as part of a road show that involves visiting over 50 schools for the planting of more than 80 trees.
Richard Browning, CEO of Riffa Views, commented: “Today’s tree planting is part of our ongoing environmental commitment to Bahrain and it’s a reminder of the dedication showed by the school-children involved in the Eden Challenge. Al Iman Girls School’s pupils designed a stunning floral mosaic which we built in life-size and displayed at the recent RVBIGS 2008. The floral mosaic attracted much attention and captivated visitors to the Show.”
