Riffa Views’ Three-day open house event to release of the Park Estate STARTS TOMORROW

Tomorrow starts the Riffa Views’ three-day open house event to celebrate the official release of The Park Estate and the success of Riffa Views to date . The exciting event will be held on the 18, 19 and 20th of October, from 11 am to 8 pm in Riffa Views.
Visitors will receive first-hand information of the luxury elements the project comprises. They can also experience the Riffa Views TV at the on-site studio and have the opportunity to win a Riffa Views iPod on which they can watch the Riffa Views TV series. Moreover, for each and every property purchased during the event, upon delivery of the property, Riffa Views will park a brand new electric family / golf car in the villa’s parking.
Hummer on-site tours will be available for visitors to see the construction progress in all three Signature Estates. Families can also enjoy the outdoor picnic area where exciting activities will be taking place such as mini golf, camel and pony rides, face painting for children, henna and music. Visitors will receive family picnic baskets with complementary refreshments and they can enjoy shawarma and Arabic coffee.
Riffa Views invites Bahrain to the release of the Park Estate

Riffa Views Signature Estates invites the public to celebrate the official release of The Park Estate, with an action-packed three-day picnic event to be held on the 18, 19 and 20th of October from 11am to 8pm at Riffa Views. The event marks an important milestone for Riffa Views, and one which they wish to share with the public in the shape of an exciting line up of activities for all the family.
The outdoor area in front of the show villas will come alive with exciting activities as visitors are enthralled by a combination of entertainment for adults and children alike. The Riffa Views’ marquee will allow visitors the opportunity to discover the Mediterranean magnificence of the Park Estate and all the other elements the project comprises. The exhibition will showcase in unison all the luxury elements of Riffa Views including the Riffa Views International School, the Riffa Views Project Construction, the Riffa Views Community, the Riffa Golf and Leisure shop, the Riffa Views Signature Golf Course, the Riffa Views Communications Pod, the Riffa Views accredited mortgage finance, and the Riffa Views TV Studio.
The Park Estate model will be on display in the marquee showing the estate in master-planned detail. Moreover, for each and every property purchase during the event, upon handover of the exclusive property Riffa Views will park a brand new electric family golf cart in the villa’s car park. Visitors can also experience the Riffa Views TV at an on-site studio and have the opportunity to win a Riffa Views’ nano video iPod on which they can watch the development’s progress as part of the development’s own TV series.

Visitors can take time out to relax in the picnic area with a family picnic basket and a selection of complimentary food and refreshments including shawarma, Arabic coffee and soft drinks. Asian 14/U Tennis Series

November sees another first for Bahrain in the world of international junior tennis as it becomes the first country in the Middle East to host and organize the end of season championship of the Asian 14/U Tennis Series.
Following its successful organisation of last year’s Riffa Views Cup Asian 14/U Tennis Series tournament, the Bahrain Tennis Club, will once again work with the title sponsor, Riffa Views, and the Asian Tennis Federation to stage both the Riffa Views Cup and the Riffa Views Asian 14/U Championships, the Series’ end of season flagship event. Both events are under the patronage of Shaikh Fawaz bin Mohammed Al-Khalifa, the President of GOYS.
Going a further step towards establishing a real platform for junior tennis in Bahrain, the two tournaments events will form part of The Riffa Views Tennis Festival. The Festival will run between the 9th to 24th November, with the Riffa Views Cup, being staged from the 12th to the 16th November, and the Riffa Views Asian 14/U Championships between the 19th and the 24th November.

All of the Festival events will be held at the Bahrain Tennis Club, and in addition to what is expected to be two weeks of exciting and highly competitive tournament play, the Festival will include a range of activities and workshops involving the participating players, children and their families from all communities on the island set in what should prove to be a festive and colorful atmosphere.
For the young players in the two events, there is a serious side to the Festival as they compete against their Asian contemporaries to develop their game to a higher standard and to gain all important points to improve their position in the Series’ rankings. There is an added incentive for the Riffa Views Asian 14/U Championships, as it could lead the winning players to entry in the junior competitions of the region’s only grand slam tournament, the Australian Open.
Hosting the two Asian 14/U Tennis Series’ tournaments will firmly establish the Kingdom on the international tennis circuit, particularly at the junior level. The challenge facing the island’s sporting bodies is to build on this base to further expand the game of tennis in Bahrain, to encourage and develop the young Bahraini tennis talent and to bring a wider range of international events, both senior and junior, to the island.
As shown by the introduction of The Riffa Views Tennis Festival as a new initiative for 2007, the Bahrain Tennis Club in conjunction with the Asian and Bahrain Tennis Federation, GOYS, Riffa Views and other corporate supporters are keen and able to play an active role in leading this development. The future for Bahrain tennis and its place on the Asian circuit and, hopefully in the future, the world tennis circuit look bright.
