Riffa Views celebrates the success of its open house

The three-day community event drew in huge crowds and boosted sales in the luxury development

Over 3,000 people visited the highly successful Riffa Views’ open house held recently over three days to celebrate the release of properties in The Park Estate, the last of three Signature Estates in the residential golf development.

The event gave Riffa Views an opportunity to showcase its three Signature Estates – and in particular the Park Estate – and attracted both local and international visitors demonstrating the contribution that Riffa Views is making towards promoting Bahrain as a prime destination for property investment and tourism.

Richard Browning, Riffa Views CEO, said: “The event was a resounding success for us in many ways. We welcomed a broad cross-section of the community so they could witness first-hand all the key elements of the quality lifestyle that Riffa Views offers. Importantly, it also gave us the chance to show our wider appreciation to the people of Bahrain for their support in making Riffa Views the successful development that it is.”

We secured a month’s worth of villa sales over the three days and the Park Estate’s two and three bedroom townhouses and villas were completely sold out. We still have four and five bedroom villas available, though we expect further sales to filter through in the coming weeks from the additional leads generated by the event.”

The Riffa Views marquee hosted a series of exhibits including a model of The Park Estate, information on Riffa Views’ sustained campaign of community involvement, the opportunity to enquire about and enroll students in Riffa Views International School, a display of Riffa Views TV and the Riffa Views website, and the latest news on the Royal Riffa Views Golf Club.

Visitors delighted in the carnival atmosphere as they enjoyed Hummer tours of the development, camel rides, falconry displays and other entertainment before relaxing with a picnic basket of complementary food and soft drinks. A business card draw meant 26 lucky winners received a Riffa Views iPod as a souvenir of the event on which they can tune into Riffa View TV podcasts, scenes for which were filmed over the three days as part of the ongoing series which charts the development’s progress.

Overall, the Riffa Views open house achieved its objective of putting Riffa Views firmly in the public eye and bringing its true community spirit to the fore. The development is progressing on target and is due for completion by mid-2009 offering a lifestyle unparalleled in the Kingdom.

Bahraini is the First Winner at Riffa Views Three Day Open House Event

Bahraini Abdulraheem Mahmood was the first lucky winner in of an ipod at the Riffa Views’ three-day open house event to celebrate the official release of The Park Estate and to mark the success of Riffa Views to date. The exciting event, which offers something for everyone is being held at Riffa Views until the 20th of October, from 11 am to 8 pm.

In addition to having frequent prize draws the event offers visitors first-hand information on the luxury elements the project has to offer. They can also experience Riffa Views TV at the on-site studio or take a Hummer on-site to see the construction progress in all three Signature Estates. Families can also enjoy the outdoor picnic area where exciting activities will be taking place such as mini golf, camel and pony rides, face painting for children, henna and music. Visitors will receive family picnic baskets with complementary refreshments and they can enjoy shawarma and Arabic coffee.

Riffa Views releases the Park Estate with a unique open house event

With more than 50 per cent of the project already sold Riffa Views celebrates its success with Bahrain

Riffa Views Signature Estates today officially released the Park Estate to the general public with an exciting open house event which will last three days. Comprising 331 luxury residences the Park Estate will be completed by mid-2009.

The Park Estate is a secluded haven offset from the 18-hole Signature Championship Golf Course with an exotic Mediterranean architectural style. All the residences in the Park Estate feature old style courtyards, balconies constructed from traditional brick and stucco designs. Park Estate is landscaped with green parks, walkways, tree-lined avenues and floral gardens. The Estate also features bike and walking trails, and a village-styled piazza that will offer a selection of boutique retail outlets and cafes.

Mr. Richard Browning, CEO of Riffa Views Signature Estates, commented: “Today’s event represents another great achievement for Riffa Views . The release of the Park follows on from the release of the first two Riffa Views Signature Estates, The Oasis and The Lagoons. Properties in each Estate of Bahrain’s premier luxury residential development are well on the way to completion, the first due to be handed over during June 2008 and the Park Estate will be ready for handover in mid-2009.

Construction of The Park Estate is being carried out by contractors Poullaides Construction Co. W.L.L. (PCC), a company renowned for its high quality construction and over 19-years of experience in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and Projects Construction Co. W.L.L., a company with a long history of successfully completed projects to its name.
