Good evening ladies and gentlemen and a warm welcome to you all.

The Holy Month of Ramadan is a very special time for all of us, and I appreciate the fact that so many of you could make it along on a Thursday evening when I am sure your family and friends are waiting.

You have been with us since the beginning of our project and now that Riffa Views is moving forward rapidly to the next level of development, we want to reiterate our appreciation.

Tonight, I would like to introduce to you two experienced professionals that recently joined our team, Bruce Mc Williams, Director, and Patsy Mc Williams, Director of Admissions of the Riffa Views International School. With them our team becomes stronger as a sign of our project’s progress and maturity.

We look forward to you being with us throughout the Riffa Views experience, until we complete what will be a world-class golf residential development, and a first for Bahrain.

This evening, we want to share with you the Ramadan spirit by remembering the traditions of the community and the country that Riffa Views has become part of. I invite you to enjoy our hospitality and the pleasure of being with friends and colleagues.

Riffa Views’ Platinum sponsorship reaffirms commitment to BIPEX 2007

For the second consecutive year, Riffa Views Signature Estates has signed an Agreement with The Bahrain Society of Engineers to participate as Platinum Sponsor and Exhibitor at the Bahrain International Property Exhibition “BIPEX 2007”. The Exhibition, which will be held from the 28th – 30th of November, 2007 at the Bahrain International Convention Center is being organized by the “Bahrain Society of Engineers” under the patronage of H.E. Shaikh Khalid Bin Abdulla Al Khalifa Minister of the Prime Minister’s Court, Kingdom of Bahrain.

During “BIPEX 2007” Riffa Views will showcase, for the first time in unison, their three Signature Estates –The Lagoons, The Oasis and The Park-. Centre stage will be The Park Estate, which will be on public display for the first time at a Property Exhibition. Visitors will receive exciting information including details on the residences’ Mediterranean architectural style, the Estate’s innovative amenities including a themed piazza, and information on the impressive landscape, which incorporates tree-lined avenues and extensive green areas, all these encompassed within a private enclave off-set from the 18-hole Signature Championship Golf Course.

Riffa Views, Diamond Sponsors of the AMH Island Classic Charity Golf Tournament

Today Riffa Views presented a cheque to the American Mission Hospital to mark Riffa Views’ Diamond sponsorship of BD30,000 of the AMH Island Classic golf tournament. Mr. Richard Browning, CEO of Riffa Views Signature Estates, stated the donation will assist the purchase of new medical equipment which will further improve and upgrade the hospital’s medical services, enhancing the excellent standard to care provided by the staff of AMH.

Mr. Browning commented: “Riffa Views is proud of its commitment to the 11th AMH Island Classic, held under the patronage of His Majesty the King, Shaikh Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa at his private golf course. Last year we were Platinum Sponsors and this year we have reinforced our support by becoming Diamond Sponsors. The event is one of our many commitments to the society and we are proud to support AMH’s efforts to provide quality healthcare to the people of Bahrain.”

AMH Chief of Medical Staff Dr. Ken Kaufmann said: “We have been very pleased with the response from organizations and the community at large in the way that they have so wholeheartedly supported this event once again. This year, the event will tee off on Thursday, 15th November for three days of play. The traditional 19th Hole Party will be held at the Bahrain International Circuit on Sunday, November 18th. The Island Classic will culminate with the Gala Dinner at the Ritz Carlton Hotel & Spa on 28th November.
